STORM SUMMARY 12-18-2015

Scattered areas of flurries and snow occurred after 1-3pm and prior to midnight.
The activity during the daylight period produced mostly trace amounts. Pavement
Temperatures rose into the upper 30s during the afternoon hours and quickly fell
Into the mid to upper 20s after 7-8pm. The strongest returns on radar were mainly from the I90 corridor northward and up into southern WI. While there were only some isolated strong returns of snow showers south of I90. This was a dry snow as the water equivalent was a trace most areas. Some salting was required although this was more on an isolated basis and mostly north burbs.
